Is it part of the Philippine tradition to blame someone else if anything not very good took place?

Question by Noname: Is it portion of the Philippine society to blame an individual else if one thing not great took place?
It seems that the finger level game is so popular in the Philippines. Anything undesirable happens blame somebody else. You will not have food, its the cow’s fault. The Philippines is poor, its the dwarf’s fault.

Can we alter? Do we nevertheless have the electrical power to modify our attitudes?

I disagree with your premise. At minimum not with me and most of my kin and pals. Some individuals behaving this way does not make it portion of Philippine lifestyle. In reality, the same point can be observed with folks of other nations around the world. It is at times a knee-jerk human response, not cultural.
